You may return any item purchased from Medieval Matters within 30 days of purchase if for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied! We will happily refund your purchase assuming the item is returned in original condition without damage or wear from use. You will receive a 100% cash refund of the item's price. If you choose to receive your refund as store credit, we will even refund half of the shipping cost too! Simply follow these steps:

1. Contact us within 30 days of your purchase and tell us which item you would like to return. We will then email you the address for you to ship the item to.

2. Repack the item in its original packaging and ship to the address provided. For your security make sure to ship the item via an insured courier and keep the receipt.

3. Wait for us to receive your product. After receiving your product in its original condition we will issue you a cash refund of the full amount of the item through the same payment method you purchased the item with. If you chose to receive store credit you will receive an email containing a gift certificate for the full amount of the item plus half of its shipping cost.


Note: Returns from orders which recieved free shipping will have a fee of half the item's normal shipping cost to cover shipping expenses.
