What payment options do you have?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) and PayPal (credit/debit cards, eChecks, direct checking withdraw, and PayPal balances).

How long will it take to get my order?

Estimated shipping time ranges from 3-14 business days. You can generally expect your order to arrive between 1 and 2 weeks of being ordered.

What carrier will you use to ship my order?

Most orders are shipped through UPS except for small items like letter openers or throwing knives which are usually shipped through the United States Postal Service.

Do you have a catalog you can send me?

Our online catalog is the only one we have. The expenses saved on design, printing, and postage is part of the reason why we are able to offer lower prices than other competing retailers.

What is your return policy?

We guarantee you will like your purchase. If you don't, you have up to 30 days from your purchase date to return it. To return a costume though you must notify us within 2 days of receiving it. For full details read our return policy.

What is your low price guarantee?

We guarantee to have the lowest price. For full details read our low price guarantee policy.

What material are your swords made out of?

Many of our swords say what they are made of in their description. If a sword doesn't say what it is made out of, its blade is probably made of stainless steel. Stainless steel is excellent for display since it doesn't rust and requires no maintenance. It is too brittle for any actual use though. A functional sword would be made out of high carbon steel which is less prone to shattering but requires more maintenance since it needs to be oiled to prevent rust. All swords are dangerous and are to be handled at your own risk.

How do your gift certificates work?

Go to our Gift Certificate FAQ.

Can I cancel an order after placing it?

If you place an order which you then decide you would like to cancel, please contact us asap by either email or phone. We will try to have the order stopped so that we can cancel and refund it for you. We make no guarantees we can do this though as sometimes the order is processed very quickly so even calling right after ordering may be too late in some cases. If this happens you can still chose to return the order using our return policy.

Why is my credit/debit card not working?

Make sure that the billing address is the same address that credit card statements are sent to and make sure the credit card number, expiration date, and security code are all entered correctly. If these are all correct and you still can't checkout, please try another credit/debit card. You can also try contacting your credit card by calling the number on the back of it to ask why it is being declined. Please contact us if you need further assistance.
