Estimated shipping time ranges from 3-14 business days. You can generally expect your order to arrive between 1 and 2 weeks of being ordered.
Most orders are shipped through UPS except for small items like letter openers or throwing knives which are usually shipped through the United States Postal Service.

Many of our swords say what they are made of in their description. If a sword doesn't say what it is made out of, its blade is probably made of stainless steel. Stainless steel is excellent for display since it doesn't rust and requires no maintenance. It is too brittle for any actual use though. A functional sword would be made out of high carbon steel which is less prone to shattering but requires more maintenance since it needs to be oiled to prevent rust. All swords are dangerous and are to be handled at your own risk.

If you place an order which you then decide you would like to cancel, please contact us asap by either email or phone. We will try to have the order stopped so that we can cancel and refund it for you. We make no guarantees we can do this though as sometimes the order is processed very quickly so even calling right after ordering may be too late in some cases. If this happens you can still chose to return the order using our return policy.
Make sure that the billing address is the same address that credit card statements are sent to and make sure the credit card number, expiration date, and security code are all entered correctly. If these are all correct and you still can't checkout, please try another credit/debit card.
